1. Acceptance
These Terms govern your access to and use of CouponCouch.com, our launch forms and related CouponCouch pages or communications (the “Service”). By using the Service or submitting information, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Statement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Launch-stage service
CouponCouch is currently preparing its Ghana-focused coupon, discount and special-offer platform. Website information, proposed categories, availability, launch timing and features may change. Joining an update list does not guarantee access to any particular deal. Submitting business interest does not guarantee approval, publication, exclusivity or commercial engagement.
3. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity, and use the Service in compliance with Ghanaian law. Anyone submitting on behalf of a business confirms that they have authority to provide the information and engage in preliminary discussions for that business.
4. Deal information and redemption
Every offer may have its own eligibility, location, quantity, validity period, redemption process, exclusions and other conditions. Check the complete offer details with the participating business before travelling, ordering, paying or relying on an offer. Offers may sell out, expire, be corrected or be withdrawn. Unless explicitly stated, offers cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively.
CouponCouch aims to present information accurately but does not warrant that every listing is complete, error-free, continuously available or suitable for you. A displayed discount may be based on information supplied by a participating business. Consumers should make their own purchasing decisions.
5. Transactions with businesses
A purchase, booking or redemption ordinarily creates a relationship between you and the participating business. That business is responsible for taxes, warranties, licences, product or service quality, consumer remedies, delivery, returns and refunds. CouponCouch is not a party to that transaction unless a specific offer clearly says otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Ghanaian consumer law.
6. Business submissions
A business that submits information must ensure that:
- its identity, registration, contact and authority information is accurate;
- it has all licences, approvals, stock, capacity and rights needed for the proposed offer;
- its pricing, savings claims, images and descriptions are truthful and not misleading;
- the offer complies with advertising, consumer, tax, sector-specific and other applicable laws;
- it will honour published terms for eligible consumers during the stated period.
We may request evidence, edit presentation for clarity, reject or remove an offer, or suspend a business where information cannot be verified, complaints arise, risk is identified or these Terms are breached. Publication and paid campaign terms, if any, will be governed by a separate agreement or order accepted before launch.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service, submit false or unlawful information, impersonate another person or business, interfere with security, scrape or harvest personal data, upload malicious content, exploit an offer contrary to its terms, or use CouponCouch branding without permission. Automated access is prohibited except for ordinary search-engine indexing or with our written permission.
8. Intellectual property
CouponCouch.com branding, logos, page design, original text and software are owned by or licensed to CouponCouch and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Participating businesses retain rights in their own names, marks and materials and grant CouponCouch permission to use submitted content for reviewing, preparing and, where agreed, promoting their listings. Third-party marks belong to their respective owners.
9. Communications
If you opt in, we may send launch updates and promotional offers through the channels you selected. Message or data charges from your network provider may apply. Frequency may vary. You can withdraw consent as described in our Privacy Statement. Service or enquiry-related messages may still be sent when necessary to respond to you.
10. Third-party services
Links to social networks, messaging services, payment providers or participating businesses are provided for convenience. CouponCouch does not control third-party websites or their availability, content, security or privacy practices.
11. Disclaimer and limitation
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, CouponCouch disclaims implied warranties relating to uninterrupted access, merchantability, fitness for purpose and non-infringement. We are not liable for a participating business's acts or omissions, a user's reliance on expired or inaccurate information, or indirect, special or consequential loss. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including liability arising from fraud or other non-excludable obligations.
12. Indemnity for business users
To the extent permitted by law, a business agrees to be responsible for claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from its submitted content, offer, goods or services, legal non-compliance, infringement of third-party rights, or breach of these Terms.
13. Suspension, changes and termination
We may change, suspend or discontinue part of the Service, remove content, or restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, platform integrity or business operations. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised Terms for future use.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly. If it cannot be resolved, the courts of competent jurisdiction in Ghana will have jurisdiction, without removing any mandatory consumer right to use another lawful forum.
15. General
If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without permission. These Terms, the Privacy Statement and any specific offer or written business agreement form the applicable agreement for the relevant use.
